The Board is responsible for planning activities, making decisions and developing the club. The Chair and Vice Chair are the primary contacts for general matters, cooperation proposals and administrative issues. They also ensure that communication between members runs smoothly and remains up to date.
The secretary is responsible for meeting arrangements, minutes and the membership register. The person in charge of the badminton tournaments can be contacted regarding competitions, registrations and practical arrangements. The social media coordinator is in charge of the club’s visibility online and on social media, so tips and ideas for communication are always welcome.
The treasurer is responsible for all matters related to invoicing and payments, such as Epassi, Edenred and similar services. For any issues or suggestions regarding the website or MyClub, contact the person in charge of those areas.
